Return & Cancellation Policy

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATION POLICY

Jalsabyshreya.com gives you the option to Cancel, Exchange or Return the products purchased at Jalsabyshreya.com with conditions.  

Cancellation: You can cancel the order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order ONLY if the shipping label has not been generated. You can email us at hello@jalsabyshreya.com, WhatsApp or text us at 9295708273 and we are happy to cancel the order for you!

Returns & Exchanges: You can return/replace the product if you are not satisfied. However you have to let us know within 48 hours of receiving the product that you are not satisfied with the below:

1. With the size
2. With the quality of the product
3. With a Manufacturing Defect
4. Or if you receive a damaged product

Any items marked 'final sale' cannot be returned or exchanged. Custom made items are also not eligible for returns. 

How do I return an item?

We want you to enjoy your purchase. If you’re not happy, please follow the steps below for a quick and easy return. You can return eligible unwanted items back to us within 48 hours of delivery. Returned items must be in their original and unused condition. Please note we cannot refund any used item. Please follow the quick and easy steps below.

• Please send us an email at hello@jalsabyshreya.com or WhatsApp/text at 9295708273 with the reason of the return
• Once approved, we will process your return and generate a return label which you will receive via email
• Returns should be shipped out within 3 business days of receiving a confirmation from the Jalsa team
• Customer is responsible for downloading the label, packing and shipping using the original packaging or as advised by us (ground shipping box)
• We thoroughly inspect your returned items, to see if it has been worn, damaged or altered. The customer must pay for any damages or alterations done by them on their return
• Please allow at least 7 days for refunds to be processed once we receive the item

Exchange:

We can exchange the item for you for another size, color or item. Altered items cannot be exchanged or returned. Please email or WhatsApp/text us at 9295708273 so we can assist you with the exchange

What should I do if my order is damaged when it arrives?
