Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATION POLICY

Jalsabyshreya.com gives you the option to Cancel, Exchange or Return the products purchased at Jalsabyshreya.com with conditions.  

Cancellation: You can cancel the order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order ONLY if the shipping label has not been generated. You can email us at hello@jalsabyshreya.com, WhatsApp or text us at 9295708273 and we are happy to cancel the order for you!

Returns & Exchanges: You can return/replace the product if you are not satisfied. However, you have to let us know by email, text or WhatsApp WITHIN 48 HOURS of receiving the product that you are not satisfied with the below:

1. Size
2. Quality 
3. Damaged Product

• For items marked 'Clearance sale' a restocking/return shipping fee of $6.90 will be deducted from your original amount while processing your refund whether your order value was below $99 or if you were eligible for free shipping
  
• Custom made/ Altered items are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges
• Shipping fees on orders below $99 cannot be refunded

How do I Return or Exchange an item?

RETURNS: We want you to enjoy your purchase. If you’re not happy, you can return or exchange items within 48 hours of receiving the item. Returned items must be in their original and unused condition. Please note we cannot return or exchange any used or altered item. Please follow the quick and easy steps below.

• Please send us an email at hello@jalsabyshreya.com or WhatsApp/text at 9295708273 with the reason of the return within 48 HOURS
• Once approved, we will process your return and generate a return label which you will receive via email
• Returns should be shipped out WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS of receiving a confirmation from the Jalsa team
• Customer is responsible for downloading the label, printing, packing and dropping off the package to carrier provided e.g. USPS or UPS
• We thoroughly inspect your returned items, to see if it has been worn, damaged or altered. The customer must pay for any damages or alterations done by them on their return
• Please allow at least 7 days for refunds to be processed once we receive the item
• We CANNOT refund shipping fees if your order value was below $99
• For items marked 'Clearance sale' a restocking/return shipping fee of $9.20 will be deducted from your original amount while processing your refund even though if your order value was above $99
  
• Custom made/ Altered items are NOT eligible for returns

EXCHANGES: If you are unhappy with the size or quality and wish to exchange an item, please send us an email at hello@jalsabyshreya.com or WhatsApp/text at 9295708273 with the reason of the exchange WITHIN 48 hours of receiving the product.

Once approved, we will first email you a return label which you will print and attach to the package of the item you wish to exchange. Please drop off this item to carrier provided, within 3 business days. 

For orders below $99 and clearance/sale items a return shipping fee of $6.90 will be applicable. Once the fee is paid, your new item will be shipped with a new tracking number.
